B-Upper row: the vase is stamped S & G9 and bears a subject similar to that on the tobacco jar stamped B & M; the milk jug is stamped WS & S26, the match-box VH, the teapot S & G6, the soldier VH. In the lower group the vases with Egyptian subjects are stamped S & F95, the eagle handled vase CW99, the copies of the Portland vase are unmarked, the tripod vases have an illegible mark and number, and the hound jug is stamped N & H. A-Upper row: the vase with mediæval subject is stamped G & St. with device and number 3875, the tobacco jar S & G2, the hexagonal teapot S & G, the flat teapot S & G12, the vase VH. The group below shows the adaptation of Thorwaldsen's "Day and Night" designs. The plates are stamped S & G36, the large vases JM83, the medium vases WS & S116, the small vases FG40, the spill vase FG5. Probably Bohemian. "Isleworth Pottery"
