Pioniez was received into the guild in August 1765.) A Louis XV clock with blanc de chine porcelain Ho-ho figurine and gilt-bronze surrounds; the dial, signed 'Autray à Paris' shows two sets of numerals, roman and arabic. 24 by 13 by 13cms. A Louis XVI pair of highly decorative sconces, gilt-bronze worked in the manner of Gouthière, 'gilder to the king.' 38.5 by 21.5 by 11cms.
