Low hollow foot with folded rim applied to the bottom of the bowl. Base of bowl with pontil-mark in the centre and twelve ribs with gilding on the wide ledge. In the well the papal Medici coat-of-arms framed by dot rosettes and dot lines on an ermine blanket sketched with gold lines. The coat-of-arms crowned by a tiara, white stole and two crossed keys with rosette-shaped handles. The ledge decorated with border consisting of gold-scale-band as well as blue and white enamel dots. Folded rim. Height 6,7 cm - 7,3 cm. Diam. 27,3cm. The coat-of-arms refers either to Giovanni de Medici or to Giulio de Medici.
