Malina, inc., 680 Madison Avenue, New York, New York] In the typical Chinese taste of true understatement, a shallow antique, Chinese celadon jade oval shaped bowl with two children at diagonal edges peering into it. Deceptively simple in appearance, it is a triumph of design and intricate, time consuming carving. 6 1/8 inches (15.6 cm) long, 4 9/16 inches (11.6 cm) wide. Carved in the Chien Lung period, 1736-1795. A recorded work of art, "fingerprinted" and registered with The International Art Registry, Ltd. On file with INTERPOL.
